The website provides public information about Valtrix. It does not currently offer user accounts or forms. The site may rely on its hosting provider's standard request logs and loads some linked resources from third parties such as Discord and GitHub.

Information the bot processes

Depending on which features a server uses, Valtrix may process Discord server, channel, role, and user IDs; moderation actions, reasons and timestamps; server settings; reminder text and schedule; AFK reasons; leveling XP; ticket ownership and claim details; giveaway prizes and entries; reaction-role mappings; and suggestion metadata.

When a ticket transcript is requested, the bot reads ticket-channel history and sends a transcript to the configured moderation log. The transcript is not added to the bot's JSON data file by the transcript command.

Storage and retention

The bot stores its operational data in valtrix_data.json beside the bot script on the operator's host. The operator controls that host and its backups. Removing Valtrix from a server does not automatically delete this file.

Some temporary records are removed by the bot as their feature completes, such as delivered reminders, cleared AFK status, expired temporary-ban entries, and old ended giveaways. Other records, including moderation cases and server settings, can remain until changed or removed by the server or bot operator.

How information is used and shared

The bot uses information to perform the commands and server features requested by members or administrators. Information may be sent through Discord and posted in channels configured by a server administrator, including logging channels. Music searches are handled through the bot's configured audio source providers.

Valtrix does not sell bot data. Discord, hosting providers, and other services involved in a feature process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Questions or data requests

Contact the Valtrix operator through the support Discord for questions or a data-removal request. Some information can be changed or cleared with bot commands; other stored records may require the operator to update the server's data file.
